Can I change or cancel my booking?
Yes — changes or cancellations can be made up to 48 hours before your session via your booking confirmation email.
Can I bring someone with me?
If you’d love to experience it with a friend, we recommend trying to book appointments at the same or similar times so you can enjoy your haircare experience together. As spaces are limited, each guest will need to secure their own individual booking. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accommodate additional guests or children who don’t have a booking.
Do I need to wash my hair before I arrive?
No preparation needed — just arrive on time and we'll take care of the rest.
